Announcing STAXX Equinox | A Virtual Art Week | March 2022

We’re excited to announce that the STAXX team will be partnering with leading artists to create unique 1/1 collaborations to be released during the first ever STAXX Equinox Virtual Art Week. The collaborative pieces will be released over the course of 7 days — details on eligibility to come, but you’re going to want a STAXX Invader in your wallet!

The Equinox (March 20th 2022) is a time of transformation, a perfect opportunity to hold a virtual art week and remix STAXX Invaders for our community with our amazing collaborating artists.

We’re bringing together some of the top designers and artists in the NFT space (and beyond!). Here’s the lineup:

• Sabet — an internationally renowned American-Iranian painter, illustrator, and designer and the creator of the PIXOPOP CUTIES and Ugly Kitties NFT collections. Sabet has collaborated with some of the world’s leading brands, including Tesla and Mont Blanc.
• Amber Vittoria — a New York-based artist and poet with three sold-out NFT collections whose work draws on her relationship to femininity and identity. Amber is a Forbes 30 under 30 recipient and has worked with many prominent clients including Adidas, Condé Nast, and Warby Parker.
• Craig Redman & Karl Maier — live in different parts of the world (New York & London) but collaborate daily to create bold work that has been exhibited in cultural museums around the world. They have worked on projects for clients like Adidas, Nike, Vogue, Vanity Fair, and many other leading brands.
• ROMbrandt — NFT Artist and painter from Toronto, Canada.
• Debbie Tea — an illustrator who has an obsession with objects, abstraction and the mundane. Has a soft spot for nostalgia and spends her free time sleeping or playing JRPGs. Debbie recently created (and sold out) her generative collection, JPG People.
• Diela — Diela Maharanie is a visual artist and illustrator based in Indonesia. Diela’s works are bright and colorful, filled with vibrant patterns of super saturated hues exploring playful characters.
• Nook — an acclaimed designer, illustrator, and director, Nook has made waves across the NFT space with her bold and refreshing designs that mix 2D and 3D techniques while drawing inspiration from movies, anime, street culture, and fairytales.
• PaperD — is an LA based Artist and Creative Director and Character Designer at Dreamworks Animation.
• FatBaby — (Aida) is a London based NFT artist, creating juicy illustrations inspired by cartoons, anime and comic books. The FatBaby collection is sweet, cheeky, nostalgic, and provocative. FatBaby is also the artist behind several other collections including Coo Kidz Club, Clever Girls, and Raptor City Rascals.
